I’ve ordered some groovy stock, when will I receive it?
We will try to ship your groovy items asap, but allow 3 days for handling and 2-10 days for postage (within Australia). Generally you will receive your item within 2-4 business days (or a little longer if you live in a remote area) if you live in Australia.
Is my payment secure?
We use PayPal so you can feel confident your payment is protected. You don’t need to be a paypal account holder to use the service.
I found a promo code/coupon! So how do I use it?
Lucky you! You can enter in your promo code or coupon when you checkout. You can see your discount after you enter your code any time by going to ‘My Cart’ at the top of every page.
My item isn’t quite right – can I return or exchange it?
Absolutely! Send an email to us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll give you instructions on how to return or exchange your item. Please make sure items have all tags attached and are in brand new condition. Be careful with perfume etc as we can’t accept items that appear to be worn. Please see our returns and exchanges policy for more information.
Can I return an item that was on Sale?
You can exchange the item, but not return it (sorry about that). To exchange an item, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll pay for the postage of the first exchange! (Australian customers only)
How accurate are your photos of garments?
We do our very best to picture the exactly quality of colour and detail of our garments. Sometimes, there may be slight variations in colour of a particular garment however we try to keep it as true to colour as possible. If you receive an item and the colour is not exactly as you thought, please feel free to review our return and exchanges policy.
Do you have a physical store?
