FREE FIRST RETURN OR EXCHANGE!
We know you can’t always get it right the first time, so don’t stress, if you’re not happy with your dbusted item, just return it for a refund or exchange it for another groovy item!
If you want to return or exchange an item, send an email to admin@dbusted.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll reimburse you for the postage to get it back to us (we just can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post). Then we’ll pay to ship an exchanged item back to you the first time* (each order) so you’ll be reunited with goodies in no time 
Refund
To receive a refund, please email us within 30 days of receiving your items with your order number and contact details. We will provide you details of how to send the items to us. We will process your refund upon receiving the items in their original condition. If the items appear to be worn or in any way damaged (unless faulty), we will be unable to refund you and will return the items to you and charge you for the shipping to do so. We do not refund original shipping costs paid, therefore the refund amount will be your total purchase price less your original postage charge, unless the item was faulty.
We will pay to post you your first return and reimburse you the cost of postage for the returned item*. Subsequent returns will be charged postage, however you can include your own return envelope or satchel if you wish!
Exchange
To exchange an item, please email us within 30 days of receiving your items with your order number and contact details. Please also include the name, size and colour of the item you wish to exchange for and we will confirm if the item is in stock. We will provide you details of how to send the items to us. We will process your exchange upon receiving the items in their original condition. If the items appear to be worn or in any way damaged (unless faulty), we will be unable to refund you and will return the items to you and charge you for the shipping to do so.

Sale items, Discount/Coupon Code or Storewide Offer
For sale items, or items purchased using a discount/coupon code or % off storewide offer, we we will gladly offer a refund or an exchange. Please email us within 30 days as above.
Important Information for Returns
All returns, including refunds and exchanges must be returned to us in their original condition. This means that all tags must still be attached, the item must be un-worn and in new condition with its original packaging. We do strongly recommend that you protect the item when returning it to us, as we do not accept any responsibility for damage during return transit or loss of the item. dbusted reserves the right to assess the condition of the item purchased, and if it is deemed that the item has been worn or is not in new condition, we will be unable to refund you and will return the items to you and charge you for the shipping to do so.
*Note that this offer is only available to Australian customers. International customers are entitled to refunds and exchanges but postage will not be refunded and charges may be incurred for shipping exchange pieces.
