We are in the process of closing our virtual doors, therefore we can no longer provide refunds or exchanges unless an item is faulty or not as described on our website.
We thank you for your support and hope we have provided you with some support over the past 3+ years!
If you have purchased a garment you wish to exchange before this policy was updated, please contact us to discuss.
Important Information for Returns
All returns, including refunds and exchanges must be returned to us in their original condition. This means that all tags must still be attached, the item must be un-worn and in new condition with its original packaging. We do strongly recommend that you protect the item when returning it to us, as we do not accept any responsibility for damage during return transit or loss of the item. dbusted reserves the right to assess the condition of the item purchased, and if it is deemed that the item has been worn or is not in new condition, we will be unable to refund you and will return the items to you and charge you for the shipping to do so.
